We have a cancellation policy that allows guests to cancel their stay and not be penalised if 1) they have COVID-19, need to isolate, and cannot come to the Island, or 2) are stopped by the authorities from coming at Essendon, Hobart, Launceston or Flinders Island Airports.
Importantly Note: If in the unlikely situation where we must accommodate a person with COVID-19, we may need to arrange other accommodation for you, as an incoming guest. Under this scenario we will be in contact with you to determine what we can do, and any refund on your accommodation. We are not responsible for any transport costs.
Time permitting, variations to your booking may be possible depending on other bookings.
