The National Broadband has not reached the island, and many visitors to the island are unaware that its mobile coverage is limited to the Telstra 3G network which does not cover the whole island.
The Perch offers its guests a land line phone which is located in the living area and the bedrooms. Its use is limited to local calls only.
Telstra Mobile coverage is also available at the house and there is Wi-Fi/internet available for guests’ mobile devices.
